Overcharges:
Prices include delivery, pick up, and disposal fees up to the set allowance for each container. An additional $90 per ton will be charged prorated for contents that exceed the agreed ton allowance. We have a no hidden fees policy so dump slips will be provided to ensure 100% transparency for any overcharges that occur.
Contents will be returned to the customer if payment is not honored and The Bin Rental Chicks Inc. will not be held liable for disposing of the contents once returned or any fees associated.
Rental period:
Prices include a 7-day rental period and containers must be returned within 7 days of the scheduled drop-off update. Should you require additional time with the container we are happy to work out an extension with you and you may contact us to confirm an extended date. Rental periods that exceed the agreed time limit will be subject to a $20/day fee until the container is picked up.
Damages:
The Bin Rental Chicks Inc. is not responsible for damages to driveways, curbs, sidewalks, lawns or any surface that a container is placed on or removed from. Any fines levied by the Police Department resulting from overloading or improper loading will be charged to the customer’s account.
Cancellation Policy:
We require at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation prior to the scheduled drop-off date. Cancellations that fall outside of the required timeframe could be subject to a $150 service fee.
